Is individual data visible to managers?
No. Managers see aggregated team trends only. Individual check-ins are completely private. There is no way for anyone -- including Echo -- to surface a specific person's responses to their manager.
When does my Echo Score appear?
After 14 days of daily check-ins with 5+ active members. Your score builds over time as more signals come in, and you can choose when to make it public on the Index.
How is this different from 15Five, Lattice, or Officevibe?
