Welcome to Echo. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Echo platform, operated by Sentimental OÜ ("Echo", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using Echo, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Echo platform — including the web application, Slack integration, and Microsoft Teams integration — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to do so.
Echo is a team wellbeing platform that helps organisations prevent burnout and monitor team health. The platform enables:
Echo is designed for use in professional workplace settings and is sold to organisations as a B2B SaaS subscription.
Customer Accounts (Organisations): An organisation that subscribes to Echo ("Customer") designates one or more workspace administrators ("Admins") responsible for managing team membership, billing, and access. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that use of Echo within their organisation complies with applicable laws, including employment and data protection regulations.
User Accounts (Team Members): Individual employees access Echo via their organisation's Slack or Teams workspace, or by direct invitation. Users are responsible for:
Users retain ownership of the check-in data ("Signal Data") they submit. By submitting Signal Data, Users grant Echo a limited licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service — including generating personal insights and contributing to anonymised team aggregates.
Individual Signal Data is never disclosed to the Customer organisation, managers, or other team members in identifiable form. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is visible to Admins.
Echo is offered on a per-seat subscription basis. Billing is managed through Stripe. Key terms:

Important: Echo is a workplace engagement and operational wellbeing tool — it is not a medical service, clinical mental health service, or employee assistance programme (EAP). The signals, trends, and insights provided are for informational and organisational awareness purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical assessment. Customers and Users should not rely on Echo data as a substitute for professional medical or mental health support. If you or a team member is experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or relevant emergency services.
Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Customers requiring a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under GDPR should contact us at echo@findyourecho.app.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice to active Customers.
Echo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sentimental OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability to any Customer shall not exceed the fees paid by that Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All rights in the Echo platform, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Sentimental OÜ. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Customers by email with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, Customer data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, during which the Customer may request an export.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the User's jurisdiction.
