ECHO is a personal emotional tracking and self-reflection application. It allows you to:

• Record daily emotional check-ins ("Signals")
• Track patterns in your emotional state over time
• Receive AI-generated insights about your patterns
• Optionally share aggregated data with others

3. User Accounts

To use ECHO, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate information

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to ECHO. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Impersonate others

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep ECHO available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ECHO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
